1. Eligibility
Age Restriction
You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the 788fb platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 788fb may request official identification documents at any time to verify this requirement. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds returned after verification, less any winnings derived from ineligible play.
Residency
788fb is intended for use by adult residents of Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 788fb does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. If local laws in your area restrict or prohibit online betting, you must not register or use this platform.
Single Account Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 788fb. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected for a single individual, 788fb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and withhold winnings pending a formal review. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your consent, contact support immediately.
2. Account Registration and Security
When registering an account on 788fb, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 788fb reserves the right to verify all submitted details and to suspend accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. 788fb strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 788fb support immediately via the contact email provided in the footer.
KYC Verification
788fb may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or in response to suspicious account activity. KYC verification may include submission of a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary account suspension and delayed processing of withdrawals.
Account Suspension and Closure
788fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false registration information, or breaches responsible gaming obligations. Where an account is closed for terms violations, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances derived from legitimate deposits will be reviewed and returned at 788fb's discretion following investigation.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
788fb processes financial transactions through payment methods available and appropriate for the Bangladesh market. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on 788fb is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There are no platform-side fees applied to standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or BRAC Bank. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 788fb's control and are the user's responsibility.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad transfers, subject to KYC verification status and account standing. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank may take between 1 and 24 hours to complete. 788fb does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or public holidays.
Fraud Prevention
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 788fb prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals. Where third-party payment use is detected, transactions may be reversed, winnings may be voided, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. 788fb operates anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
788fb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by its individual terms as well as these general conditions.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by 788fb are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiple) is stated in the individual bonus terms. Where no specific rollover is stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
Bonus Eligibility
788fb reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion. Bonuses are generally available to registered players in good account standing. Players who have requested self-exclusion or have active account restrictions are not eligible to receive new bonuses during the restriction period. 788fb may withdraw or modify bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other method constituting bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, potential account closure, and the right of 788fb to recover any funds paid out as a result of the abusive activity. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at 788fb's sole discretion.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 788fb platform. Game-specific rules supplied by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, etc.) also apply and, in the event of conflict with these general terms, the provider's rules govern for that specific game.
Bet Settlement
All sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body or official data provider. In the event of a disputed result, 788fb will use reasonable endeavours to settle bets according to available verified information. 788fb's decision on bet settlement is final. Live in-play bets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during an event at 788fb's discretion.
Manifest Errors
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or system display (for example, a clearly incorrect price offered due to a technical fault), 788fb reserves the right to void bets settled at the erroneous price and re-settle at the correct price, or to void the relevant bet entirely. 788fb will make reasonable efforts to identify manifest errors promptly and to communicate corrections to affected users.
Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited on the 788fb platform: using automated betting tools, bots, or scripts; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes; engaging in arbitrage betting in a manner intended to circumvent platform rules; and any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider information abuse. Violations will result in account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Responsible Gaming
788fb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered users. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788fb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 788fb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
788fb makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, but does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and events outside 788fb's reasonable control (including third-party payment outages, natural events, and regulatory interventions) may result in temporary service interruptions. 788fb accepts no liability for financial losses attributable to such interruptions.
9. Amendments to These Terms
788fb reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 788fb will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 788fb platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always the version displayed on this page, with the Last Updated date shown at the top of the document.
